Nitul began his professional journey at National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR) as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, where he developed a strong foundation in technical precision and operational discipline. Throughout his career, he gained diverse experience with leading organizations such as Metrix, Styletag.com, SportXS.com, and Ethos in Bangalore, honing his skills in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer experience management. Later, Nitul moved to the Northeast, where he took on key leadership roles at Xpressbees and Flipkart, successfully managing large teams and complex logistics operations. His deep understanding of last-mile logistics and passion for operational efficiency inspired him to establish XpressDrop Logistics, a venture recognized for its precision, speed, and reliability.
