Nitul Saikia is an accomplished leader with over 14 years of experience in Last-Mile Operations, Channel Management, and Logistics Strategy. He has worked with top industry players like Xpressbees and Flipkart, and played a pivotal role in scaling multiple startups across India.

He began his professional journey at National Aerospace Laboratories (CSIR) as a Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer, where he developed a strong foundation in technical precision and operational discipline. Over the years, he gained diverse experience with leading organizations such as Metrix, Styletag.com, SportXS.com, and Ethos in Bangalore, sharpening his skills in e-commerce, supply chain, and customer experience management.

Later, Nitul shifted his base to the Northeast and took on key leadership roles at Xpressbees and Flipkart, leading large teams and complex logistics operations with excellence. His deep understanding of last-mile logistics and passion for operational efficiency led to the founding of XpressDrop Logistics, a venture known for precision, speed, and reliability.

With a vision to empower local talent and promote the cultural richness of Assam, he founded BihuKart.com — a platform that bridges traditional Assamese craftsmanship and modern e-commerce. Through BihuKart, Nitul aims to bring authentic Assamese products like handlooms, handicrafts, and traditional delicacies to every household, backed by XpressDrop’s trusted delivery network.

Mrs. Rumi Pathak, Co-Founder of BihuKart.com, brings a strong background in Rural Market Development and Rural Entrepreneurship. With deep roots in Assam’s culture and community, she has spent years working closely with village-level entrepreneurs, women self-help groups, and rural artisans, helping them scale their products and livelihoods through structured enterprise support.

Her expertise lies in grassroots business development, women empowerment, and rural value chain creation. She has been instrumental in designing community-driven initiatives that connect traditional craftsmanship with modern market opportunities.

At BihuKart, Mrs. Pathak leads initiatives to identify, train, and onboard rural artisans and home-based producers, ensuring their products gain national visibility and fair value. Her empathetic leadership and commitment to inclusive growth have made her a pillar of strength within the BihuKart team.
